The staff where all caring, very efficient. The breakfast we ordered was delicious and great with several vegetarian options, fruits plus pastries...

The staff were well-trained and very efficient and assisted with private parking. Location: the hotel was right by the train station and jaabers sportplex, and Oudegracht that is really City centre.

The detox drink and warm welcome at reception made our arrival special. However, the noise from the trains was noticeable at times during our stay.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location, if you are a traveler, but it is too close to the railways, it can be noisy.

in general it is an ok hotel, but nothing that stands out of the crowd, some of the things can be improved easily.

Good location I wanted to be close to station, comfortable and had the heating switched on when I went into the room which most hotels don't do these days

evening food wasn't great for the money I'm afraid.

The rooms with italian channels. Particularly good and absolutely PERFECT location, 10 minutes' walk to a chic casino.

The superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff upgraded us to a nicely equipped room with a great bathroom. Also, location was particularly good, at a moderate distance from a Gothic bell tower.

Conveniently located next to the Central Train Station and to large mall and shopping area.

Beds could be more comfortable and furniture was a bit old fashioned.

Location and price were good. It was convenient for our night stay after a wedding party nearby. Beds were comfortable and pilow was just right (not too high, not too soft, not too hard). Breakfast was good; lots of choices, food trays were refilled switfly. Staff at the restaurant was efficient and friendly. I was quite impressed.

Free wireless internet, good quality breakfast, gym and sauna open 24hrs, walking distance city center and the most important public transport hub in the Netherlands, Utrecht Central station.

Price/quality not always in check. I paid 79 eur which is worth it, nevertheless next week they ask 250eurs per night. This is too much in my opinion.

I liked that description of the hotel fully conforms what I have found there - no surprises and that was good.

Excellent position and greatly inproved since last stay hereover 8 years ago.

The rooms are very clean and bright. Nespresso coffe machine is available in each executive room. The wireless is for free.

The gym is poorly equiped - 2 bikes, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical trainer and 2 not very comfortable benches for abs training.
